NOT a Guessing Game No. 19

...because you know the answer right off!! would you like to find out what she wrote on the back of this grad pix?

"My everdearest Bengs, Let this photo remind you of all our rains and shines when we were together. I enjoyed being with you and I presume you enjoyed my company too. I also wish we will be together again. I am looking forward to that day. I value your friendship so much. You're so wonderful! I wish you joy and success in life. Lots of love, ella medina. upab 65."
Dated on 7 May 1965.
Yes, Louella, after fifty odd years, we dust off the photos and the memories and the ups and downs and teen angst and happy times. I too look forward being together again! Ahhhh, youth.
I found this photo nga nakasigpit in my UP yearbook Collegian, when I was clearing up some stuff in our Seattle home this summer.
Yes, this is the lovely Louella Medina-Brown, as she graduates from UP Baguio. I think they were the first batch to graduate a four year course then?

Luvly! Any current pix you could post - husband and children (and grandchildren) - to share with our group?

To Luvly Luella: a reminder/Your description
"Who can find a virtuous woman? wife? For her worth is far above rubies. The heart of her husband safely trust her; so he will have no lack of gain. She does him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeks wool and flax and willingly work with her hands. She is like the merchant ship...provide food for her household ...she extends her hands to the poor, reaches out her hand to the needy. Her husband is known in the gates...Strength and honor are her clothing...she opens her mouth with wisdom and on her tongue is the law of kindness..watches over the ways of the household...many daughters have done well, but you excel them all. charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates. Prov. 31:10-31

Many thanks, Rudy and Anon. This is timely since Louella has a new role: care giver (as in giving care) to her afflicted husband. Our prayers and hopes and good wishes are with you, always.
