BCHS Class 61 Meeting March 5, 2011

Sorry for the long delay in posting, was out of town until last night,

ART: RAFFLE TICKETS
75 booklets have been distributed and is just awaiting the remittance. He will print 100 booklets which will amount to
P100,000.00. Printing of the tickets P37.50 per booklet. Deadline for the submission of tickets sold will be on April. 30. All tickets sold is remitted to Arthur.
HATS
To be used during the parade will be unisex, white in color
and "'61" in the middle of hat. We have purchase 30 hats for the
attendees. Why 30 only? That was what was decided upon as we have not even received confirmation from those abroad. Most of those who confirmed are from the Philippines.
UNIFORM
Maroon t-shirt with collar, and on the left breast the pine tree will be
printed and below it " BCHS Golden Jubilarians" all in gold . The left sleeve will have '61 printed. We will also limit the T-shirts to 30 pcs only and sizes will be Large (L) and Extra-large (XL)
MECHANICS FOR THE RAFFLE
1. Jose suggested that 15 tickets will be picked out from the Tambiolo and pick the 3rd prize; 10 tickets for the second; and 5 for the 1st. Winners for the 3 prizes need not be around. We select a neutral alumni to pick the prizes.
2. For the consolation prizes, 11 ping-pong balls, numbered 1 to 10 will be raffled.The numbers picked will be the numbers in the registration cards given to the alumni. The physical presence of the alumni is required to be able to claim the prize.
MAY 5TH
May 5, 6:00 to 10 p.m. will be the bonding activity of Class '61 at Baguio Central School, courtesy of Consolacion Paz-de Guzman who is the principal.
- Here will be practice the song and dance that Class '61 will present. Evelyn, please prepare to be part of the presentation and also send copy of the lyrics that you suggested, with the "Jersey Boys" dance.
- We also intend to invite Mrs. Montenegro-Ramirez, if anyone know her whereabouts
MAY 8th
Class outing - this will be optional and it will be at Hundred Islands.
SOUVENIR PROGRAM
As for the pictures, before & now, I only have a few pictures that will be included in the souvenir program. Should you have any articles that you want included in the souvenir program, please send it ASAP because March 15 is their deadline.
MIDLAND COURIER
We will advertise a shout out call to Class '61 in the Baguio
Midland Courier to be published on April 10 and April 17.
- To date, COH is P29,964.00, and it is intact.
- Next meeting will be on April 9, 2011.
