Joe used to work at Midland Courier until he joined government service, as HR Director for City Hall until his retirement a few years ago. We paid him a brief visit last year, and is lucky to have a daughter who is a doctor at St. Luke's Hospital, and a very caring wife to pull him through the worse phase of his illness. He also recuperated for a long time in Cora's hometown. This year, he is looking good!Tuesday 31 May 2011
